I’ve been looking at Bill’s videos for a while today and noticed one thing – something’s up. $3.5M is obviously possible, but… if these are “niche sites” where people could just come in and “compete” – he’d need tens of thousands

If not – he’d need a lot of PPC spending Arbitrage is no longer realistic, but it was in ’07, I guess…

SEO Madness? Neuh neuh… Lisa got very lucky with her site – being old, catching a couple very good backlinks – not being in a niche that is highly competitive (not like the REAL niches like insurance, gambling etc that is) – and that helps.

I respect her a lot, I love her videos – but who is she to say REAL SEO work isn’t NEEDED in these niches?

SEOBook with a reasonably good video about SEO & page titles. I suggest keyword oriented yet descriptive page titles for SEO-pages, but NATURAL titles for high-quality, high volume daily returning sites. You don’t want to make your titles LOOK like you’re after SEO.

Title tags & Meta tags

I’m not sure about the weight she’s putting on Meta Tags – but hey, can’t agree on everything. Good to see SEO in mainstream media, though!
